"I Was Too Fat For Love"

This delightful story is from the first issue of Dr. Anthony King, Love Doctor (a psychiatrist plying his trade in Hollywood). Published in January 1952 by Minoan (a publishing company that had aan awesome bull logo. For the Minoans, the bull represented the sun and the power of light and also served as a symbol of power and might, particularly the power of man over nature.) I have only been able to find two issues of this gem on https://digitalcomicmuseum.com

Another favorite story from this series is The Lover Who Had No Face, drawn superbly by Myron Fass. Psychedelic, no?
